Welcome to RewardMitra! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RewardMitra mobile application ("App") and related services. By using our App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RewardMitra App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Eligibility

To use RewardMitra, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid Google account for authentication
  • Be a resident of India
  • Have a valid UPI-linked bank account for withdrawals
  • Not have been previously banned from our services

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account through Google Sign-In. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Earning Coins

You can earn coins through various activities in the App:

  • Daily Quiz: Answer questions correctly to earn coins
  • Spin Wheel: Spin the wheel for random rewards
  • Mini Games: Play games and earn based on performance
  • Daily Check-in: Claim bonus coins daily
  • Referrals: Earn bonus coins for successful referrals
  • Watching Ads: Earn coins by viewing advertisements

Coin rewards are subject to our discretion and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any earning activity at any time.

5. Coin Value and Withdrawal

  • The conversion rate is 1000 coins = ₹10 (subject to change)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹150 (15,000 coins)
  • Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
  • Payments are made via UPI to your registered bank account
  • We may verify your account before processing withdrawals
  • We reserve the right to reject withdrawals in case of suspected fraud

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn coins
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit rewards
  • Manipulate or abuse the referral system
  • Use VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
  • Engage in any form of fraud or deception
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Forfeit coins earned through prohibited activities
  • Ban users from our platform permanently
  • Take legal action if necessary

If your account is terminated for violations, you will not be entitled to any remaining coins or pending withdrawals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by RewardMitra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
  • Specific earning potential or income amounts
  • Availability of any specific features or rewards

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REWARDMITRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of coins in your account at the time of any claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RewardMitra, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our App or website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
