Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for RewardMitra services.

1. Nature of Service

RewardMitra is a free rewards platform where users earn coins by completing various tasks such as quizzes, games, and viewing advertisements. Users do not pay to use the App or earn coins. Therefore, traditional refund policies do not apply to our core services.

2. Withdrawal Requests

When you request a withdrawal of your earned coins:

  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours
  • Once a withdrawal is approved and processed, it cannot be reversed
  • If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect UPI details, the coins will be returned to your account
  • You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed

3. Cancellation of Withdrawal

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request by:

  • Contacting our support team at hello@techiegenz.com
  • Providing your registered email and withdrawal details
  • Requesting cancellation before the withdrawal is processed

If the withdrawal has already been processed and sent to your bank, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

4. Failed Withdrawals

If a withdrawal fails for any reason:

  • The coins will be credited back to your RewardMitra account
  • You will be notified via push notification and/or email
  • You can attempt the withdrawal again with correct details
  • Common reasons for failure include incorrect UPI ID, bank server issues, or account restrictions

5. Coin Forfeiture

Coins may be forfeited without refund in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the reward system
  • Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Account termination due to policy violations

6. Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account:

  • All coins in your account will be permanently forfeited
  • Pending withdrawals will be cancelled
  • No refund or compensation will be provided for forfeited coins
  • We recommend withdrawing your coins before requesting account deletion

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that affect your earned coins:

  • Report the issue to our support team immediately
  • Provide screenshots or evidence of the issue
  • We will investigate and restore coins if the issue is verified
  • Resolution may take up to 7 business days

8. Disputes

For any disputes regarding coins or withdrawals:

  • Contact our support team with full details of the issue
  • Provide relevant screenshots and transaction IDs
  • Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours
  • If unresolved, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
